Septic system installation with concrete tanks and green equipment on construction site

Why Advanced Aerobic

A licensed installer who's still on the job the day you turn on the water.

Owner-involved

The person quoting your install is the person on-site during installation and the person you'll call for maintenance. No handoffs.

Licensed & specialized

MP0001301 Master Plumber, OS0003120 OSSF Installer. Aerobic systems are our focus — not a sideline.

Explained clearly

You'll know what's going in, why, and how to keep it working. Every install ends with an owner walkthrough.

Installation process

Six ordered steps. No surprises between them.

  1. 01

    Site evaluation & permit application

We walk the property, evaluate soil and drainage, and prepare the full permit application package for county submission.

  2. 02

    System design & disposal selection

Right-sized tank capacity, treatment class, and disposal method matched to your property, household usage, and lot conditions.

  3. 03

    Excavation & tank set

Precise excavation, concrete tank placement, and connection of trash, treatment, and pump chambers.

  4. 04

    Aerator, chlorinator & controls

Norweco-authorized OEM equipment installed, wired, and commissioned — alarm and pump controls set for your home.

  5. Final inspection

County inspection scheduled and attended — we're on site to answer inspector questions and confirm sign-off.

  6. Coverup & homeowner walkthrough

Backfill and site restoration, followed by a full walkthrough — homeowner manual, alarm behavior, chlorine tablet routine.

Disposal types

Every property gets the right dispersal method.

The right disposal method depends on your soil, lot size, and household usage. We evaluate and recommend during the site walk — not after the tank is already in the ground.

Method Best for Notes
Surface Spray Larger lots, adequate setbacks Most common in Brazoria County; requires chlorinator + alarm.
Drip Irrigation Tight lots, landscape-integrated Subsurface distribution; longer install lead time.
Absorption Field Well-drained soils Traditional field lines; soil percolation test required.
Low-Pressure Dosing Shallow soils, high water table Timed dosing evens loading and protects the field.
Green hose connected to concrete septic system access points in residential yard
